Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of AdmissionMantra.in and your interactions with AdmissionMantra for admission counselling, college information, option-entry guidance, document support and related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing AdmissionMantra.in, submitting an enquiry, calling or messaging us, or using our counselling or admission-related services, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or our services.
2. Our Role
AdmissionMantra provides admission information, counselling and guidance to help students and families understand courses, colleges, eligibility, counselling routes, fees, documents and admission procedures.
Depending on the service requested, our support may include:
- Course and college shortlisting.
- NEET UG, NEET PG, KCET and COMEDK counselling guidance.
- Option-entry or preference-order guidance.
- Information about private, management or NRI admission routes.
- Document checklist and process guidance.
- General admission planning and follow-up.
AdmissionMantra is not a college, university, examination authority, government counselling authority or seat-allotment authority.
3. No Guarantee of Admission or Seat Allotment
AdmissionMantra does not guarantee admission to any college, university, course, branch, quota or counselling round.
Admission outcomes depend on factors such as:
- Exam rank or score.
- Category and eligibility.
- Seat availability.
- Counselling rules and round-wise cutoffs.
- Preference order / option entry.
- College or university admission criteria.
- Government or regulatory decisions.
4. Admission Information & Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information. However, admission schedules, fees, eligibility rules, cutoffs, seat matrices, counselling procedures and college policies can change.
Official information published by the relevant authority, university or college will take priority if it differs from information on AdmissionMantra.in.
Students and parents should verify important deadlines, payments and final eligibility requirements on the applicable official portal before taking action.
5. Your Responsibilities
To receive useful and accurate guidance, you are responsible for providing correct information about your academic profile, rank, category, domicile, documents and other relevant admission details.
You are also responsible for:
- Reviewing information before final submission.
- Keeping your official counselling credentials secure.
- Completing official registrations and payments on time.
- Checking messages, notices and deadlines from counselling authorities or colleges.
- Providing genuine documents and information.
- Informing us if your rank, category, eligibility or preference changes.
6. Counselling & Option Entry
Where we provide option-entry or preference-order guidance, our role is to help you understand available choices and build a strategy based on the information you provide.
You should retain control of your official counselling login, password, OTP and final submission wherever possible.
If you ask us to assist with a submission, you remain responsible for reviewing the final options before they are locked or submitted.
7. Counselling Fees & Payments
Some AdmissionMantra services may be free, while others may involve a counselling or service fee depending on the scope of support.
Where a paid service applies, the service scope, fee and payment terms should be communicated before payment.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, payments made for a service already started may not be refundable simply because the student changes course preference, changes college plans or does not receive a desired allotment.
Any refund commitment specifically given in writing for a particular service will take priority over this general clause.
8. College Fees & Third-Party Payments
College, university, counselling, examination, hostel or government fees are separate from AdmissionMantra's own service fee unless clearly stated otherwise in writing.
Official institution fees should be paid through the authorised college, university or counselling payment channel.
AdmissionMantra is not responsible for payments you independently make to a third party without our written confirmation or outside the official payment process.
9. Third-Party Websites & Institutions
AdmissionMantra.in may link to external websites such as KEA, MCC, NTA, COMEDK, colleges, universities, Google Maps, WhatsApp or other third-party platforms.
We do not control the content, availability, security, terms or privacy practices of those websites.
A link to a college or third-party website does not by itself mean that AdmissionMantra owns, controls or guarantees that institution or service.
