For KEA PGET 2026 you need the printed KEA registration form, photo ID and address proof, NEET PG 2026 admit card and scorecard, Class 10 and Class 12 marks cards, all MBBS marks cards, MBBS degree or provisional degree certificate, internship completion certificate (internship completed by 30 September 2026), Medical Council registration, a certificate from your MBBS head of institution and, for non-RGUHS graduates, an eligibility certificate. Eligibility-clause, category, 371J, PwD, in-service and NRI candidates need extra documents.

These are not needed by everyone. They depend on the eligibility clause and benefits you select in your KEA application. In 2025, KEA required candidates claiming clauses B, C, D, E, F, G or Z to verify in person.
KA
Karnataka Eligibility Clause
- Study or eligibility documents for the KEA clause you claim.
- Proof of where MBBS was studied, where the clause requires it.
- Karnataka study certificates when required by the clause.
- Eligibility certificate for non-RGUHS graduates, where prescribed.

CAT
Category / Reservation Claim
- Caste / category certificate in the format prescribed by KEA.
- Income certificate where the benefit requires it.
- Kalyana Karnataka (Article 371J) certificate, if claimed.
- Any other document KEA lists for that reservation.
You get a category benefit only when both the certificate and your application claim are correct.
PWD
PwD / In-Service Claim
- Valid PwD certificate from the authority KEA specifies.
- In-service certificate / NOC from your employer.
- Service records required by the in-service rule.
- Any KEA annexure linked to your claim.
Use the current format and issuing authority. Old formats may be rejected.
NRI
NRI / NRI-Sponsored Seat
- Proof of the sponsor’s NRI status (passport, visa / residence permit).
- Proof of relationship between candidate and sponsor.
- Sponsorship affidavit and supporting financial documents.
- Any embassy or additional document KEA / MCC prescribes.

Do I need a permanent medical registration certificate?
Medical Council registration is mandatory. Recent graduates may hold provisional registration at the counselling stage; check the current KEA conditions for your year of passing and keep the permanent registration ready for college admission.
What is the eligibility certificate for other-university candidates?
Candidates whose MBBS degree is from a university other than Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences may need an eligibility certificate as prescribed by KEA. Check the current KEA notice to see whether it applies to you.
Do NRI candidates need additional documents?
Yes. NRI candidates usually need proof of the sponsor’s NRI status such as passport and visa or residence permit, proof of relationship with the sponsor, and a sponsorship affidavit. Follow the exact list in the current KEA or MCC NRI notice.
What should I carry when reporting to the allotted college?
Carry the KEA admission order, verification slip, photo ID and the originals and copies listed by KEA and the college. Colleges may also ask for migration, conduct or medical fitness certificates, so read the college reporting notice after allotment.
